The movers: 

We are very selective about who we hire. We carefully train the movers and provide them with incentives and benefits. 

Twenty percent of their wages come from bonuses. We have a unique damage free bonus system. The men earn a 10% bonus whenever a move is completely damage free. They earn another 10% bonus based on overall customer satisfaction. 

Our movers also have paid vacations, paid holidays, and we provide great benefits including health, life, dental and disability coverage. Our movers are covered even if they get hurt at home! Truckin’ Movers employees are very well cared for, and for that reason they take great care of you!
